It usually takes 1-2 days after the day an order is placed and paid for to process and ship it. We process all expedited orders first and then the standard shipping orders. For example, if you place an order and pick expedited shipping (next day air, second day air, etc.) we process those orders first, and then process the standard shipping orders.
The total time to receive your order is the order processing time plus the transit time not counting weekends and holidays. Don't forget that some holidays are more than a one day delay in processing and shipping. For example, Thanksgiving (Thanksgiving Day and the day after), Christmas (Christmas Eve and Christmas Day), New Years (New Years Eve and New Years Day), etc. Once your package is shipped it is out of our control. As such, we do not guarantee delivery dates or issue credit for late deliveries. We also do not accept orders and hold them for shipping at a later date. If you absolutely need your order by a certain date, please place it a few days earlier than you need it to guarantee an early delivery.
Transit times are mainly dictated by the shipping method and delivery service that you choose. If you choose an expedited service it is usually delivered by the times that the carrier claims on their website. If you choose standard ground shipping, here is the Typical Transit Time map for FedEx from our factory in Ohio.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept business and personal checks. When you use a credit or debit card, our shopping cart automatically processes the payment and we ship it out in 1-2 days.
If you send a check, we'll wait until we receive it and the bank processes it. This usually takes an additional 7-10 days after we receive it. If you want to use a check as payment, please click on the appropriate boxes in the shopping cart to place the order, and when we receive it, we'll process it and ship your order.
We offer wholesale pricing to qualified customers for quantity purchases. Wholesale pricing is available for orders totaling $200.00 or more excluding freight charges.
